Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, NZ time). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves us.

New Zealand (Home)

Free tracked delivery on NZ orders over $75. Standard NZ delivery is 2–5 working days; a flat rate applies under $75, shown at checkout.

Australia

Tracked delivery to Australia in 5–8 working days. Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout — we don't mark it up.

United States & United Kingdom

Tracked delivery to the US and UK in 7–14 working days. Shipping is a flat rate per region, calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

Orders to the US and UK may attract customs duties or import taxes, paid by the recipient on arrival. NZ and AU orders are sent duty-free.
